LabelX offers three license types for the LabelX Design System: Single User License, Team License (up to 5 users), and Enterprise License (up to 20 users). Each user must purchase their license at a one-time fee based on a user-based licensing model. The license grants you the right to use the Product in any project without limitations on the number or types of projects specified in these Terms. You may use the Product in complex products with heavy data, leveraging its customized UX solutions. However, you may not copy, resell, or distribute the Product under this or any other name.

Refund Policy and Termination

Once you have downloaded the Product file, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place because we cannot enforce the non-use of the Product once it has been downloaded. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Product immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If we notice any suspicious activities related to your account, we may terminate it pending clarification of circumstances. You may discontinue using the Product if you wish to terminate your account.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
